The structure of MFB’s work force is as varied as you would expect in most manufacturing organisations - starting with process workers and apprentices, leading hands, tradesmen and factory supervisors through to administration, sales, design and senior management rolls.
Although a natural hierarchy exists, good communication exists between all employees and senior management. Employees are encouraged to show initiative and provide input, rather than just being told what to do. Consequently the company first looks internally when filling positions.
Management supports the facility for employee growth and development. But as such it is up to the individual to make the transition through input and dedication to the task at hand.
